Do I need to bring anything to the art sessions?Only your creativity! All materials and resources are provided for the session.

What do I need to wear for the art session?Arting can get messy so just wear something that you don’t mind getting paint or ink on.

Can I just book one session?Our sessions come in all shapes and sizes! The art classes are only bookable in blocks of ten to ensure that you are building on your skills and that we can consistently provide everything you require.

Do I need to stay with my child during an art class?We need you to stay with your child if they are not of school age (1-4) which is great for you because you get to spend quality time bonding with them! All other ages should be just fine without you!

Do you cater for SEN children in the sessions?We will do everything we can to help SEN children access our sessions. If they need a helper to stay then that is fine and if you provide us with SEN details then we can be sure to prepare our materials to suit.

Are Arting sessions suitable for anyone?Yes! We believe that everyone can get something from our sessions, we aim to give you the skills and confidence to tackle anything [in art and in life!]

Can you come to my home to offer art sessions?Yes we would love to! Have a look at our Celebration section and get in touch with you ideas and requirements and we will take it from there.

Can I organise my own Arting event?If you have venue already then get in touch and tell us your vision, we will do everything we can to make it happen…

Do you have a Safeguarding Policy?Yes, our safeguarding policy can be found on the website. We take the safety of all our customers very seriously.

Do you have a Covid policy?Yes, our Covid policy can be found on the website. We follow all of the government guidelines and ask that you do the same.

Are all of the staff DBS checked?Yes, all of our staff have enhanced DBS checks.

What happens if I need to cancel my art session booking?Art classes are bookable in ten week blocks and once paid for there is no refund but another person can attend instead as long as you provide us with their details. One- off art session bookings are secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel after paying the deposit then it will not be refunded. In cases were cancellation is the only option then we will always work with you to find the best solution.

Can I keep any work that I produce?Of course, all of the work you create is yours! [we might just ask to photograph it for the website though.]

What qualifications do the Art Avengers have?All Art Avengers are either fully qualified teachers or top-grade art students, they all have boundless patience and energy.

What if I want to attend classes in places that are not advertised?Arting is always looking for new opportunities to spread the art! Look out on social media for new classes and workshops in your local area.

Can I work on what I want in the art sessions?All of our sessions have objectives and structure which you probably won’t notice because you will be too busy enjoying yourself. We aim to make the sessions productive and educational but we are always open to helping you achieve your goals. Our adult classes offer the flexibility to support your arting whilst also letting you find your own speciality.

Can I buy the materials that are used in the art sessions?The arting shop stocks the basic materials that we use but if there is something specific that you would like us to source and price for you then please just ask.

What time should I arrive for the art session?Please arrive five minutes before the chosen class start to avoid crowding and to give us time to tidy up!

Can I book a bespoke session to meet the needs of my business?Absolutely! We love bespoke so please get in touch to discuss what you would like to offer and let’s do a deal…
