Alex wanted something quick and 'easy' to do so that he could try painting in oils so we presented him with a chilli...he drew it up and painted it but was avoiding that shadow... after a quick chat he went for it and we think that shadow makes it: it look like a chilli on a white wall in the hot Mexican midday sunshine.
